Welcome

A warm welcome to all of our pupils, families, carers and visitors to Alderman Cogan’s Church of England Primary Academy.

What is truly unique about our school is the tight-knit community that we have. Our Christian school regularly visit St. Aidan’s and play an active part in community events, charitable work and local enrichment opportunities. The pupils that come to our school go on a special journey: through our Cogan Learning Goal pathway, developing key life skills; living out our Christian Values of CREATE; and receiving a high-quality education, delivered by professionals who care about developing professional relationships, striving for excellence, and providing life-changing opportunities for our pupils. This year, we welcome two-year olds to our nursery provision. This allows us to make a greater impact on pupils’ lives during their time at Alderman Cogan’s. The pupils that attend our school are wonderful future citizens who deserve the best possible education.

Our dedicated staff remove barriers that the children may face, and ensure that there is no ceiling to their potential. This sets them up for their next steps of education with minimal difficulty.
